DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I currently accept Lyra EAP & Optum/United Healthcare. I am an out-of-network provider but can accept FSA/HSA cards.

Upon request, I will provide a superbill (receipt) to submit to your insurance company.

CAN I COME INTO THE OFFICE?

At this time, services are only provided virtual via video. Phone sessions can be accommodated for extenuating circumstances.

WHAT IF I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

The relationship between you and a therapist is one of the most important aspects of therapy. I encourage you to be honest about expectations, preferences, comfortability, etc. I want you to be successful and will help to connect you with the right fit!

What are your session fees?

Sessions are $150 for 45-55 minute sessions. Insurance rates are dependent on your plan.

What if I live outside of Pennsylvania?

Due to state licensure laws, I am only able to provide telehealth services to PA and NJ residents. I will share any updates regarding licensure laws if there are any changes.

What should i do if there is an emergency?

I try to respond to all calls within 24-48 hours. If you feel like you are in crisis, please visit your nearest crisis center or dial 911/988 (text).
